We seek a Commercial Supervisor to oversee our internal sales (telesales) and external sales (representatives and direct customers) teams, aiming to optimize commercial strategies. Essential Technical Requirements: + Active knowledge of commercial management or sales team supervision, preferably in the industrial sector (B2B). + Active knowledge of leadership and commercial team development. + Solid knowledge of sales techniques, active prospecting, negotiation, and customer management. + Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (commercial modules), with ability to extract and analyze data. + Advanced Excel skills for commercial data analysis and report generation. + Familiarity with product mix analysis and pricing policies. + Willingness to travel.
