This professional will be responsible for mapping and documenting sources, metrics, and transformation rules; coordinating the definition of product rules; and delivering certified datasets and dashboards to internal stakeholders with quality, freshness, and consistency.** ### **About the Role** * Translate needs from departments (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) into clear, measurable, and verifiable data requests; * Help organize how data enters, is processed, and becomes ready for use—collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team; * Specify what each data flow must do and how it will be tested—always aligned with use cases; * Create and maintain a data map for analysis and reliable dashboards for squads and business areas; * Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support roadmap, discovery, and product launch strategy decisions; * Keep documentation up-to-date and well-organized regarding metrics, data, and processes. ### **About You** * Familiarity with Domínio, SGD, and ERP products and understanding of Domínio’s business/operations. * Ability to define and document metrics, data glossaries/dictionaries, and data lineage. * Understanding of data quality checks (consistency, anomalies, alerts). * Knowledge of privacy principles and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) in data projects. * Proficiency in SQL and prior experience using cloud-based databases and BI tools and data catalog/documentation platforms. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with data governance, data catalogs, and data quality tools. * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and prioritizing data requests. * Intermediate/advanced English for reading technical documentation. #LI-CA1 **What We Offer:** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a flexible hybrid workplace (2–3 days per week in the office, depending on role) for office-based positions—ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** "Flex My Way" is a set of policies designed to support managing personal and professional responsibilities—whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
