We help reinvent the way professionals work; our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations in Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our clients in decision-making. **About the Role** In this role, as a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will: * Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requests, mapping real problems and business objectives; * Investigate and interpret legislation, regulations, and manuals to ensure compliance of proposed solutions; * Conduct end-to-end impact analyses: processes, business rules, integrations, data, UX, support, and operations; * Define and document functional and non-functional requirements in clear formats/artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules); * Specify test scenarios and variations, practical examples, and edge cases, ensuring coverage and traceability; * Validate hypotheses through exploratory testing, prototypes, or proof of concepts when necessary; * Collaborate daily with Support, QA/Testing, Development, UX, and other teams as needed to align understanding and enable deliveries; * Monitor development until delivery, clarifying doubts, reviewing scope, and ensuring adherence to requirements; * Monitor post-release results, collect feedback, and propose continuous improvements; * Maintain product documentation updated and accessible. **About You** You are suitable for the Mid-Level Business Analyst role if you meet the following required qualifications: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting Sciences, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience as a Product Analyst, BA, or PO (mid-level), specifying requirements and business rules; * Experience in process analysis and conducting discovery sessions with internal and external customers; * Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
