Implement continuous improvement of automated processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform programming, maintenance, and optimization activities for industrial robots used in welding, material handling, and automation processes. * Diagnose and analyze failures in robotic systems, working on hardware, software, and peripherals of automated cells. * Develop, adjust, and optimize robot programs (trajectories, welding points, cycle times, and operational logic). * Integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, safety systems, and peripherals (grippers, welding tongs, tables, sensors, and devices). * Perform backup, versioning, and restoration of robot programs, ensuring data traceability and integrity. * Implement continuous improvement of automated processes by proposing solutions to increase reliability, productivity, and quality. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional diagrams, programming standards, and intervention records in the corporate system. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience with PLC automation systems (Siemens, Beckhoff). * Proven experience in programming and maintenance of industrial robots, preferably in body shop environments. * Practical knowledge of KUKA, COMAU, or similar robots. * Hands-on experience with resistance welding systems (welding tongs, weld controllers, process parameters). * Knowledge of robot–PLC integration (signal exchange, interlocks, industrial protocols). * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, cell layouts, and technical documentation. * Familiarity with machine safety systems (scanners, light curtains, safety switches). * Basic knowledge of industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP or equivalents). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Pharmacy allowance, Food basket, Shuttle service, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation
