This broad scope enables us to deliver high-quality logistics services throughout the entire national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a professional to serve as **Logistics Supervisor** at our unit located in **Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE**. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Supervise administrative and operational teams; * Plan, coordinate, and monitor administrative activities, ensuring processes are executed effectively and efficiently; * Ensure maintenance and organization of physical and electronic files, as well as document security and accessibility; * Coordinate office supply management, budgeting, and procurement as needed; * Prepare reports and presentations, frequently using office software; * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events—including preparation of materials and logistical coordination; * Collaborate with other departments according to organizational needs; * Evaluate and optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance; * Provide training and guidance to administrative and operational staff when required; * Handle personnel matters such as hiring, performance evaluations, and team development; * Participate in meetings with managers and senior leadership; * Implement the drivers’ training plan, promoting economical driving practices; * Ensure operational safety (DDS); * Conduct commercial activities to attract new clients to the Group; * Communicate and align weekly preventive maintenance plans with operations and maintenance teams; * Monitor and verify reports to ensure accurate billing and vehicle oil consumption efficiency. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in Logistics; * Excellent communication and leadership skills; ### **POSITION DETAILS:** Salary: Market-competitive Employment type: Permanent (CLT) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Flexibility required). **Benefits:** Meal allowance (Caju Card) Chartered transportation Health insurance (Unimed) and dental insurance (Bradesco Dental) **Interested in this opportunity!?
