




We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Workshop Manager with a strong interest in high-performance vehicles to join our team. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality services and outstanding customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Plan daily workshop activities based on service orders (SOs) and pending tasks from the previous day to ensure timely completion as agreed with customers; * Monitor service execution alongside mechanics, providing necessary guidance and support while ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor the service progress board; * Provide technical training to staff in the scheduling and workshop departments; * Attend to customers and technical consultants, clarifying technical queries, estimates, and warranty matters; * Request service and parts quotations from responsible personnel; * Support and liaise with the Warranty department regarding the preparation of technical reports and analyses; * Supervise, inspect services, and evaluate your team; * Contact the Group’s Technical Coordination teams to discuss and make decisions regarding service execution; * Complete reports and spreadsheets relevant to your area of responsibility; * Visit customers when requested; * Maneuver vehicles in the yard when necessary; * Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions whenever requested, proposing corrective and preventive actions to improve performance within your area of responsibility; * Assist with maintenance tasks when demand requires. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Workshop Manager is a plus; * Experience with premium and imported vehicle brands is a plus; * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics; * Brazilian driver’s license category B; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership aptitude and ability to manage teams.
