




We are seeking a Relationship Assistant to join the Office Department of Nossa Saúde. General responsibilities: Provide operational support to HR departments of client companies, including registration updates (enrollments and cancellations). Conduct post-sales contacts to ensure client portfolio retention. Participate in contract implementation processes together with the portfolio consultant. Maintain ongoing client relationships via phone, email, in person, or video. Coordinate administrative and assistance-related needs with the portfolio consultant. Monitor and track departmental and client portfolio KPIs. Monitor and promote actions to improve operational processes. Initiate, analyze, and monitor portability processes. Generate and send customized billing reports. Verify and monitor IT processes related to client requirements. Perform enrollment processes via import files. Exclusive activities – SMEs (contracts covering 2 to 29 lives): Identify needs of corporate clients (PJ), with focus on retention. Monitor contract migrations. Notify clients of adjustments by grouping.
