You will be part of a technologically high-criticality environment, directly contributing to the evolution of financial systems, operational stability, and platform modernization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead a team of developers and specialists (high and low platforms). * Conduct management routines: one\-on\-one meetings, Performance Development Plans (PDI), time tracking, CAPEX/OPEX management. * Prioritize backlog in partnership with Product, ensuring delivery fluidity and predictability. * Monitor performance indicators and OKRs, presenting diagnostics and action plans. * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting decision-making and guidance during incidents and crises. * Evaluate end-to-end technical workflows and guide high-platform specialists (mainframe). * Lead discussions on architecture, integrations, and systemic behavior.
