




Description: * Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Business Management or related fields; * CPA-10 certification; * Computer knowledge; * Knowledge of administrative routines; * Understanding of banking products and services. * Receive documents, verify compliance with legal requirements of transactions, in order to prepare routines for faster and more efficient service to members, as well as maintenance of registration data; * Support collection activities for credit operations in cases of default and within negotiation deadlines, according to guidance from the business area, aiming at recovery of the lent capital; * Prospect new members and new business opportunities, identifying demand and referring them to Business Managers; * Provide initial member service at the branch channel, receiving and assisting members and non-members to direct them to the channel that provides the best service experience, whether physical or digital; * Assist members with their digital onboarding; act as an agent of change by providing guidance for optimal use of available digital services; * Conduct integration of new members, explaining about Sicredi, answering questions, aiming to engage members with cooperative values; * Perform operational tasks related to receipt, payments and various inquiries, opening, closing and cash control at the cashier terminal, preventing and deterring fraudulent transactions or procedures and money laundering. 2510300202211407719
