Job Summary: Support dispatch operations, verify invoices and delivery manifests, contribute to safety compliance, and assist in guiding drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Support for dispatch routines 2. Assistance in guiding drivers and team members * Support the supervisor in daily dispatch activities * Verify invoices, delivery manifests, and orders to ensure accuracy in material inflow and outflow * Contribute to adherence to safety regulations by monitoring proper use of PPE * Provide support in guiding drivers and helpers regarding routes, priorities, and material handling precautions * Assist in managing the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the yard to improve spatial organization * Ensure, together with the team, that sorting and loading follow standard procedures for securing, labeling, and preserving goods * Support internal and external audits when required Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
