Would you like to join us in the **Universe of Knowledge?** To learn more about **Vitru** and its brands Unicesumar and Uniasselvi, visit our website: https://www.vitru.com.br/. **Location:** Navegantes \- SC **Program Type:** Apprentice **Schedule:** 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and academic activities at the unit; * Assist in organizing, printing, and digitizing exams and attendance lists; * Support entering information into the academic system as instructed; * Assist in serving students and faculty, both in person and via digital channels; * Help organize academic documents, reports, and internal controls; * Contribute to organizing classrooms and academic activities; * Support opening and tracking internal requests; * Assist with academic protocol routines and administrative tasks; * Provide support during institutional events and academic activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Preferably pursuing undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, Administration, Educational Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain positive interpersonal relationships; * Ethical conduct and sense of responsibility.
