Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for public service, performing the initial contact, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the use of products and technologies.
Key Highlights:

**Responsibilities and Duties** **The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for public service at the branch counter and teller.**
* Perform initial in-person and digital service for members and non\-members, welcoming them and directing them to the channel offering the best experience;
* Identify business opportunities during service interactions and refer them to Business Managers or appropriate channels, contributing to growth in the membership base and enhancing branch results;
* Record all service interactions in the Cooperative's systems, ensuring traceability and continuity of service, including by other branch staff when necessary;
* Support members in using available products, services, and technologies, promoting autonomy and conscious use of the Cooperative's solutions;
* Promote self-service channels and digital solutions, guiding members toward a more agile, secure, and efficient experience;
* Execute teller operational routines, including monitoring electronic terminal balances;
* Prevent and identify potential fraud and money laundering activities, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
* Deliver a positive experience for members and visitors, facilitating interaction with digital solutions and ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational routine execution.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields;
* Responsibility and reliability;
* Strong capacity for learning and adapting to processes;
* Proactivity and willingness to support various branch departments;
* Residency in Itapema/SC or neighboring cities;
* Preference for CPA, C\-Pro R, or C\-Pro I certification from ANBIMA https://www.anbima.com.br/.
