Unicarreira RH is an HR-specialized company offering recruitment and selection solutions. Its goal is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Shipment scheduling and order verification. Preparation of weekly dispatch schedules. Defining delivery dates and communicating them to the assistant for formalization with customers. Analyzing and validating pending orders for immediate inclusion in routes. Cargo loading, volume calculation (cubage), and strategic cargo routing. Vehicle contracting, freight quotation, and carrier hiring. Risk management: coordinating with the assistant to submit loaded vehicle data for monitoring activation and insurance. Returns tracking: monitoring merchandise returns and defining their destination. Maintenance checklist: inspecting technical requirements and validating workshop budgets. Expense reports: consolidating and presenting all fleet operational expenses to management. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Operations Leader, Transportation Manager, or Supply Chain Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
