We are seeking a Receptionist to work at Bossa Jurerê Hotel, located in the Jurerê neighborhood of Florianópolis. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * In-person, telephone, and email customer service; * Receiving, identifying, and guiding guests regarding accommodation services; * Performing check-in and check-out; * Handling reservations; * Providing customer assistance regarding tourist attractions and other inquiries. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Agility; * Teamwork; * Good communication skills; * Professional demeanor.
