Luiz Boiteux Piazza, 1302 – Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Florianópolis – SC, 88056\-000 About the opportunity We are seeking a technically skilled, resilient, and results-oriented Team Coordinator to lead LED, maintenance, and logistics operations in a dynamic, operational, and high-demand environment. This person will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution of operations—connecting departments, organizing processes, and guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveries. More than merely tracking tasks, we seek someone with an owner’s mindset, capable of making quick decisions and driving operational execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate LED, maintenance, and logistics operations * Serve as the focal point between procurement, logistics, operations, and customer service * Lead multidisciplinary teams (technical, field, and operations) * Manage schedules, resources, and multiple concurrent demands * Identify risks and resolve operational challenges swiftly * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and delivery organization * Maintain clear, concise, and aligned communication across departments WHAT WE SEEK: * Proven experience in operations or complex project management * Experience with LED, audiovisual systems, technical maintenance, or event infrastructure * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Organized, resilient profile with strong execution capability * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Willingness to travel KEY COMPETENCIES: ✔ Owner’s mindset ✔ Organization and execution ✔ Assertive communication ✔ Agility in decision-making ✔ Resilience ✔ Results orientation Minimum education: Completed Bachelor’s degree.
