**Responsibilities:** \* Support the sales team in designing strategies, generating insights, and identifying growth, reach, and engagement opportunities. \* Understand key clients and competitors through market analysis and brand performance evaluation. \* Collaborate with other company departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans. \* Develop distinctive digital content together with the manager and communication agency. \* Assist in creating internal communication materials and maintain updated records of the department's budget control spreadsheet. \* Produce supplementary materials for the agency, actively contributing to product updates on our website. \* Take product photos and create marketing campaigns on platforms such as email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS. Assist in post-production of videos for social media. \* Analyze sponsored campaigns, evaluate their performance, and propose adjustments when necessary. \* Support the production of graphic and audiovisual materials. \* Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and communication initiatives. \* Accurately interpret briefing documents and develop language techniques. Video editing. **Non-Mandatory but Desirable Requirements** \* Knowledge of Digital and Offline Marketing. \- Experience and skills in photography, videography, and image and video editing. \- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for text, image, and video creation. \- Strong desire to continuously learn and grow. \- Commitment to the growth of Promenac Motos. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. **Mandatory Requirements:** \* Valid Brazilian driver's license category B; AB will be an advantage; \- Availability to travel between cities where we operate; \- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Marketing, Social Communication, or Advertising (preferably from the 4th semester onward).
