We also value resilience, partnership, organization, planning ability, empathy, and collaboration skills within a healthy and cooperative environment, maintaining ethical and respectful conduct. **Work Scope:** Hospital Linens **Operational Management** * Monitor disposal activities, tracking weights and completing disposal spreadsheets * Monitor sewing productivity * Manage linen inventory * Conduct and close physical and system-based inventories * Analyze and place replenishment orders * Monitor and manage team attendance and vacation schedules * Monitor machine maintenance * Ensure sewing quality * Manage procurement and sewing accessories * Track cage quantities within the sewing area (linens) * Monitor order receipt * Conduct monthly plant inventory and record evasions once per month **Analyses and KPIs** * Track disposals (analyze disposed tags and verify averages) * Analyze linen documentation and shipments * Monitor sent documentation * Analyze systems (Laundry and BI) * Update parameters when necessary * Manage evasion billing and update related spreadsheets * Monitor and manage customer and plant exchanges **Projects and Processes** * Monitor implementation processes (Clic, registrations, orders, receipt and dispatch of documents) * Migration or deletion of W * Monitor and manage contract or CNPJ transfers **Qualifications** Advanced Excel proficiency is considered a plus Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation provided by the company * Postgraduate studies / MBA * Parking * Meal voucher * Dental care plan * On-site cafeteria * Commuter allowance
