**Responsibilities:**
* Configure network equipment (switches, routers, CPEs, etc.) to activate data circuits (Ethernet, MPLS, IP, VPN, among others);
\- Support network topology analysis for onboarding new customers or implementing changes; \- Create and review documentation in systems, management platforms, and servers
\- Conduct connectivity, performance, and requirements testing prior to customer release;
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Project Managers, NOC, Support, and Field Operations;
* Maintain updates on activation statuses and assist in technical project documentation.
* Interact with customers for circuit validation, testing, and related activities.
**Requirements:**
Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF);
Familiarity with remote access tools and network equipment consoles; Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills.
**Desired Competencies:** Experience configuring Datacom, Cisco, and MikroTik equipment;
Experience working with carrier or ISP networks; Knowledge of multi-carrier environments and last-mile circuits.
