Opportunity for learning and professional growth **Energy Light** is looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to join our team and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the preservation and proper functioning of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in performing basic electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance services; * Support repairs of equipment, furniture, and building installations; * Conduct simple inspections and identify maintenance needs; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the work environment; * Follow company safety regulations and internal procedures; * Support the maintenance team according to daily demands. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, or civil); * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role; * Courses in maintenance or electrical fields; * Knowledge of manual and electric tools. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits according to company policy; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for learning and professional growth. * Hazard pay of 30%. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. **How to Apply:** Apply directly via Indeed.
