Job Summary: We are seeking a Post-Tensioning Helper to perform tasks related to the assembly and maintenance of post-tensioning systems on civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Organize the construction site and ensure equipment maintenance CONSTRUCTION HELPER \- SANTA CATARINA REGION **Work Location: Itapema, Porto Belo, and Bombinhas** **Benefits:** * **Salary: R$ 2046.00** * **Food Allowance: R$ 801.50** * **Meal Voucher: R$ 271.70** * **Relocation Allowance (if required), R$ 954.00 after gaining experience\.** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Post-Tensioning Helper to perform tasks related to the assembly and maintenance of post-tensioning systems on civil construction projects. The professional will assist technicians and engineers in executing specific tasks to ensure safety and quality of structures under construction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the assembly and disassembly of formwork and post-tensioning structures; * Support the installation and tensioning of post-tensioning cables; * Load and unload materials; * Prepare materials and tools required for daily activities; * Organize the construction site and ensure maintenance of equipment and materials; * Follow company-established safety regulations and procedures, as well as applicable legislation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience on construction sites or in similar roles is preferred. * Commitment, proactivity, and willingness to work in a team. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety is desirable.
