Focus on quality and customer satisfaction **Position:** IT SERVICES SUPERVISOR **Work Location:** HEAD OFFICE/SC **Work Address:** R. 7 de Setembro, 16 \- Kobrasol, São José \- SC, 88102\-030 **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in this role, with strong experience in team management and process improvement; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination and supervision roles; * ITIL 4 Foundation certification or HDI\-SCM certification. ? **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. * Plan and coordinate daily technical operational activities to ensure service efficiency and effectiveness. * Define clear goals and objectives, regularly monitoring progress. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and implement effective solutions. * Apply methodologies such as ITIL to optimize workflows. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Make data-driven decisions to drive results. * Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving issues (using an analytical and critical approach) and guaranteeing satisfaction. * Develop strategies to enhance customer experience. * Lead implementation and operational improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. * Collaborate with other departments to align objectives and outcomes. * Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and external regulations. * Implement and monitor security and quality procedures. **What We Offer:** * Salary: R$ 4\.220,67 * Meal Allowance \- R$ 28.00 per working day * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance * SESC Membership * Life Insurance. **Minimum Education Requirement:** Bachelor's Degree
