Respond to emergency situations Our client is a shopping mall seeking a professional to work as a Security Guard. **Responsibilities:** Monitor internal and external areas of the shopping mall to prevent losses, thefts, and other irregularities; Monitor pedestrian flow to ensure safety and order; Control access, observe suspicious situations, and act according to established protocols; Respond to emergency situations, providing assistance to customers and store tenants; Prepare incident reports and maintain up-to-date records; Support the security team and ensure compliance with internal regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Valid security guard certification; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Valid driver's license (categories AB); Logical reasoning skills.
