**Role Summary**
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and providing initial outreach to leads interested in purchasing Chevrolet vehicles, ensuring timely and high-quality contact while generating sales opportunities for the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Initiate first contact with leads from digital channels, campaigns, and referrals.
* Qualify customers based on profile, needs, and purchase potential.
* Clearly present Chevrolet models, trims, differentiators, and preliminary commercial terms.
* Schedule in-person or online appointments for sales consultants.
* Record all interactions and information in the system/CRM.
* Monitor lead status and ensure follow-up within established timeframes.
* Support commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes.
* Contribute to achieving individual and team goals.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed high school education.
* Experience in customer service, telesales, or commercial roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with digital tools, CRM, and WhatsApp.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience as an SDR, DSR, telesales representative, or in automotive sales.
* Familiarity with the Chevrolet product portfolio.
* Experience working with targets, KPIs, and sales funnels.
