Our goal is to ensure customers are not exploited when repairing their vehicles, offering a fair and affordable alternative for purchasing parts.** **Job Description:** **We are looking for a Marketplace Assistant to join our team in Itajaí, SC. This role involves handling inquiries during pre-sales and messages during post-sales. Responsibilities include sales monitoring, product updates, and product listing. Shipping goods to FULL, managing the quality/health of FULL metrics.** **This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence.** **Salary based on experience:** R$2\.100,00 **Benefits:** R$500,00 VR **Confirmed salary:** R$2\.300,00 **Benefits:** R$750,00 VR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage pre- and post-sales. * Product listing/updates, technical specifications, images. * Necessary adjustments for Marketplaces * Planning shipments to FULL CD Mercado Livre. * Health of FULL Mercado Livre metrics * Pricing **Required Qualifications for this selection process:** * Proficiency in: Mercado Livre and Shopee. * Knowledge/Proficiency in Magalu and Amazon. * SEO knowledge * Image editing and creation apps such as CANVA, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate/Advanced Excel (basic formulas such as: XLOOKUP, IF, SUM, SUMIF, PIVOT TABLE...) **Behavioral Requirements:** * Agility * Ownership mindset * Sense of urgency * Punctuality * Dedication * Emotional balance * Responsibility * Proactivity Do you meet the requirements?
