**Join the Gelo Minerale team!**
We are seeking a **Junior Human Resources Analyst** to join our team. If you are organized, proactive, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working with HR routines, employee support, and administrative tasks, this opportunity is for you.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Handle Personnel Department routines, with focus on payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and monthly closing;
* Execute hiring and termination procedures, including document verification and registration;
* Monitor and perform electronic timekeeping closing, applying adjustments and resolving inconsistencies;
* Administer benefits, advances, payroll-deducted loans, and other employee-related transactions;
* Verify taxes and labor charges, and manage vacation periods, absences, and probationary periods;
* Monitor occupational health routines, occupational medical examinations, and mandatory programs;
* Maintain up-to-date employee records, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), uniforms, and documentation;
* Assist in recruitment and selection processes, new employee onboarding, internal communication, and endomarketing initiatives;
* Provide employee support regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, and other HR processes;
* Manage job openings, performance evaluations, and track departmental KPIs.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or HR routines;
* Currently enrolled in or having interrupted undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication ability.
* Availability to work standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, including holidays.
