Job Summary: Work as a Logistics Operator in the Mobile Unit, driving vehicles to ensure fleet safety and optimal performance on daily routes while contributing to vehicle maintenance. As a Logistics Operator, you will work alongside our Mobile Unit team, managing the following processes: Drive light and medium-duty vehicles to transport the multidisciplinary team to service locations, complying with traffic laws, internal company policies and procedures, and client requirements; Perform pre-shift vehicle inspection; Oversee vehicle and equipment operation, implementing preventive measures according to manuals and regulations; Execute daily established routes across various regions; Support vehicle maintenance and preservation to ensure fleet condition and appearance; **Ensure timely reporting of incidents occurring en route:** accidents, collisions, and others. **What We’re Looking For:** Driver’s license category C-D or E; Availability for extended travel of at least 90 consecutive days away from home; Proven experience in this field; Computer literacy; Knowledge of automotive maintenance; Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (strong verbal presentation); Completed high school education. **It’s Also a Plus If You Have:** Experience in occupational health or related fields. **Here’s What We Offer:** Competitive remuneration: R$3.173,68 + travel bonus; **Meal Allowance:** R$22.00 per worked day (no deductions); **DENTALUNI:** Dental plan with no monthly fee, no co-payment, and no waiting period after probationary period; **Mihmo App:** Free telemedicine access to our team of psychologists, nutritionists, physical educators, and family physicians; Birthday Day Off; SESC membership benefits; Transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction); CLT position — 100% on-site — immediate start!
