If you enjoy solving problems, writing high-quality code, and transforming business needs into technological solutions, this opportunity is for you! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** Developing and maintaining applications following development standards and best practices; Analyzing functional and technical requirements and proposing efficient solutions; Implementing new features and fixing bugs; Ensuring code quality through testing and validation; Integrating systems and APIs while ensuring performance and security; Collaborating with developers, analysts, and business areas; Participating in agile meetings and contributing to continuous process improvement; Documenting technical solutions and development workflows. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience as a Developer (mid-level); Solid knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented principles; Experience developing with Java Web, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL; Familiarity with automated testing and best practices for code quality; Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Clear communication, teamwork, and sense of responsibility. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (WILL STAND OUT TO US):** Experience with system architectures and integration of complex APIs; Experience developing with Go Lang; Involvement in continuous improvement and system evolution projects; Systemic vision and analytical thinking; Proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with the team.
