Support and organization of assets in a corporate environment **We are hiring: Infrastructure and IT Analyst** São José – SC | On-site | Company: Primebras Primebras is in a growth phase and seeks an **Intermediate IT Infrastructure Analyst** to support the corporate environment, focusing on Microsoft 365, networks, user management, incident handling, and equipment support (laptops/desktops). The goal is to ensure high-quality service delivery, proper asset organization, and operational continuity. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who already possess a solid infrastructure foundation and wish to **advance to the next level**, assuming increasing responsibilities over time. **About the position** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 15 minutes lunch break) **Salary range:** R$ 3.500,00 to R$ 5.000,00 **Daily allowance:** R$ 38.00 per working day **Health insurance** after probation period **Key responsibilities** · Handle incidents (Level 1/Level 2), including triage, resolution, and escalation when necessary, maintaining complete records. · Administer and support Microsoft 365 (account/group creation and management, permissions, mailboxes, licenses, and basic policies). · Manage new users: onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, permission adjustments, and initial support. · Work with networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), connectivity diagnostics, basic configurations, and user support. · Install and configure laptops (standard image, software, drivers, printers, VPN, policies, and validations). · Perform machine maintenance (preventive and corrective), replacement of simple components, and troubleshooting. · Organize and catalog products/assets (inventory, identification, stock control, movements, and documentation). · Provide support for SAP-related routines (access, profiles, basic user guidance; coordination with responsible team when needed). · Assist in creating/updating procedures and knowledge base (KB) articles to promote standardization and continuous improvement. **Requirements** · Experience in corporate support/infrastructure with focus on incident handling. · Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (administration and user support). · Networking knowledge (concepts and connectivity troubleshooting). · Experience installing/configuring laptops/PCs and performing machine maintenance. · Organizational skills for inventory/asset catalog control. · Basic knowledge or experience with SAP (primarily access and user support). **Preferred qualifications** · Experience with ticketing tools. · Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD), policies, and MFA. · Experience with image standardization, automation (PowerShell), and asset management.
