Participation in continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, Kaizen) Job Description: **Process and Production Analyst** **Description:** A professional responsible for analyzing, standardizing, and improving production processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and control during vehicle adaptation and road trailer manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** * Map, document, and standardize production processes. * Develop work instructions and operational workflows. * Monitor production execution, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements. * Support the definition of work times and methods. * Define and monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, rework, waste, etc.). * Collaborate with project engineering to enable assembly and manufacturing processes. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and customers' technical requirements. * Suggest improvements to factory layout and material flow. * Support training for operators and production supervisors on new processes and standards. * Control process documentation, revisions, and records. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, Kaizen, etc.). **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical degree in Production, Mechanical, Automotive, or related fields. * Experience in production process analysis and production control. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and automotive assembly processes. * Ability to prepare reports and performance indicators. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance and Meal Voucher **Salary:** To be negotiated Payment: R$2.199,11 – R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
