Job Mission As a Kitchen Coordinator, your primary mission is to ensure operational excellence at every stage of the process—from product execution to team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, agility, cost control, and organization that reflect Usina’s values. Main Responsibilities Coordinate kitchen production routines—including pre\-preparation, line work, plating, and dish dispatch—ensuring strict adherence to technical sheets, plating standards, and preparation times. Conduct daily quality checks, evaluating temperature, texture, flavor, and presentation of products. Supervise inventory, monitor product expiration dates, and track waste indicators. Collaborate with management and the procurement department to manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold). Organize staff schedules, days off, and shifts to foster a balanced work environment. Train, guide, and develop new team members, encouraging integration and team culture. Monitor performance indicators such as average ticket value, delivery time, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, good manufacturing practices, and food safety regulations. Collaborate in developing new products and implement continuous improvements to processes. Ideal Profile We seek a professional with experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably in fast-casual concepts, burger restaurants, or mid-sized restaurants. Practical and communicative leadership—serving as a daily role model for the team. Ability to organize and structure processes, plus capacity to train people clearly. Knowledge of inventory management, technical sheets, and operational KPIs. Resilience, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a positive work environment. Alignment with Usina’s purpose and culture. Requirements Proven experience as a kitchen leader, sous chef, or coordinator. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to schedule.
