Main Responsibilities * Structure and standardize HR processes aligned with the realities and needs of the accounting business; * Lead Recruitment and Selection processes, focusing on technical positions (accounting, tax, finance, payroll, and support areas); * Handle Human Development and Organizational (HDO) activities: onboarding, performance evaluation, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and technical and behavioral training; * Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality; * Support partners and managers as a strategic partner, contributing to improved workplace climate, employee engagement, and talent retention; * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, training) and propose continuous improvement actions; * Ensure alignment between company culture, values, and people management practices. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or Senior Analyst, preferably in service-based companies; * Experience in building HR departments and implementing HR processes; * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection and Human Development and Organizational (HDO) activities; * Experience managing teams; * Organized, analytical, communicative profile with strong relationship-building skills with technical leaders. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Technology: LinkedIn, Canvas, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
