Contract type: Independent contractor (PJ). * Main responsibilities: * Monitor construction progress, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety; * Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary control; * Manage purchase orders, receipt, and storage of materials and equipment; * Assist in organizing the construction site and maintaining workplace cleanliness; * Perform minor maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery; * Support the responsible engineer in technical and administrative tasks; * Verify invoices, prepare schedules, and conduct measurements; * Negotiate with and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards. Minimum Requirements * What do you need to participate in the selection process? * Technical qualification in Building Construction or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Experience in civil construction, with emphasis on construction execution (construction site); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of the Sienge system is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 07:00 to 17:00; * Committed, organized, proactive, and communicative profile.
