Job Summary: Provide support and maintenance for corporate systems, assist internal users, collaborate with consulting firms, and develop systemic solutions for the department. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the IT team in structuring and maturing the department. **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Hospitality Company" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide support and maintenance for corporate systems, ensuring proper operational functionality; Assist internal users by resolving inquiries, incidents, and system-related requests; Collaborate with third-party consulting firms, monitor service tickets, perform technical validations, and support problem resolution; Analyze errors and logs to identify root causes and support corrective actions; Support system development and improvement initiatives as required by the department; Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making; Process and manipulate data from spreadsheets, databases, and other sources; Perform minor database configurations, including queries and simple adjustments; Support system integration processes and information organization; Collaborate with the IT team to contribute to the department’s structuring and maturation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience supporting SAP Business One ERP (version 10 or higher) modules (accounting, procurement, receivables), integrated with InventT Bankplus ADDON, DFE, and electronic invoicing module; Intermediate SQL development knowledge (minimum 1 year of hands-on project experience); Power BI experience for dashboard creation and maintenance at intermediate level (must have built dashboards or performed automated data extraction from databases); Intermediate Excel proficiency; Ability to analyze errors and logs and coordinate with vendors and technical teams; * Preferred: Mandatory knowledge of TOTVS/VHS (Hotel PMS), including understanding of its core functionalities; Preferred: Experience with Opera (Hotel PMS, preferred); **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree completed **COMPENSATION:** Salary expectations to be evaluated + Benefits (Unimed Health Plan, Dental Plan, Meal Allowance R$ 30.00/day, Education Assistance) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00 (Saturday mornings on rotation — 1–2 Saturdays per month) **WORK LOCATION:** Balneário Camboriú – SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT or PJ
