Support in network and access management **Job Objective** Provide operational IT support, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and user assistance. **Main Responsibilities** * Handling service requests * User management and support * Installation, maintenance, and configuration of: * Computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals * Support for network maintenance * Installation of company-standard software * Support for access management (user creation, e\-mails, permissions) * Logging and updating service requests/documentation **Technical Requirements** Knowledge of: · Operating systems (Windows Server and Professional) · Active Directory · Office Suite / Microsoft 365 · Basic networking (IP, DNS, Wi\-Fi) · Backup and information security · Hardware fundamentals (component replacement, diagnostics, etc.) · Familiarity with remote support tools **Education** Currently pursuing or completed: · Technical or higher education in IT (Networks, Information Systems) **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Good communication skills * Organization and discipline Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
