




Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and providing end-to-end support for container import and export operations, with a focus on customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Container pickup and delivery scheduling and monitoring 2. End-to-end tracking of import and export operations 3. Transport document issuance and customer service Main Responsibilities: * Scheduling container pickups and deliveries * Monitoring deadlines and resolving logistics incidents * End-to-end tracking of import and export operations * Managing the process from pickup through to port or customer delivery * Entering schedules and appointments at ports and empty container terminals * Customer service and operational follow-up * Issuing transport documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e) and recording trips Requirements: * Proven experience in container transportation scheduling * Knowledge of import and export logistics operations * Experience in follow-up activities * Familiarity with TMS systems (EscalaSoft is a plus) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Analytical, proactive, and responsible mindset Minimum Education: Technical Course * Flash Card * Transportation Allowance * Parking * On-site Meal * Birthday Day Off
