**Opportunity for Junior Accountability Analyst**

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and eager-to-learn professional to join our Controller's Office team, directly supporting the institution's project accountability processes.
**Responsibilities**
* Organize and assist in preparing project, agreement, and contract accountability reports.
* Analyze and verify invoices, receipts, bank statements, and supporting documents.
* Assist in monitoring the financial execution of projects.
* Perform financial reconciliations and update internal spreadsheets and systems.
* Maintain organized physical and digital files.
* Support audits and preparation of financial reports.
* Liaise with internal departments and assist in communication with funders.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and document analysis.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Experience in the Third Sector is a plus.

**Working Hours**
* **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
* **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
* **Weekly workload:** 44 hours
**Salary**
R$ 3\.614,88
