Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, your activities will include:** * Support the development of architectural projects, including facades, floor plans, and interior layouts; * Collect information to create models and draft floor plans and layouts for each store, identifying product placement; * Monitor the development of product and furniture layout projects in the model store and across the store network; * Provide support for project and construction legalization; * Analyze work schedules for renovation and new store opening projects; * Complete and monitor construction budget spreadsheets; * Analyze procurement of supplies, services, and products for construction; * Assist supervision in construction execution, supporting maintenance and preservation of completed works; * Analyze and propose solutions for execution issues; * Support supplier coordination; * Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor project progress. **Requirements and qualifications** **Job requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or technical course in Building Construction; * Previous experience in projects, construction, or maintenance; * Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Proficiency in planning and control tools: intermediate Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp; * Proactive and autonomous. **Additional information** Learn about the benefits of being Good People, Our People at: https://sites.google.com/koerich.com.br/lojas\-koerich/benef%C3%ADcios **ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.** Koerich is a brand that represents hard work and social responsibility.
