





Lavland is looking for an organized, communicative, and eager-to-learn individual to support **franchisee service** and **communication and visual material needs** across the network. If you enjoy a dynamic routine, are comfortable with digital tools, and like working with organization and creativity, this position could be perfect for you! **About the role:** You will support our franchisees on a day-to-day basis, ensuring prompt responses, well-organized materials, and brand-aligned communication. You will also be part of the communications team, assisting in creating simple materials and keeping our Drive consistently updated. **Responsibilities** **Franchisee Support** * Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and guidance. * Maintain courteous, clear, and timely communication. * Track requests from initiation through final delivery. **Operational Organization and Support** * Keep the Drive organized with all network materials. * Update spreadsheets and CRM with demand and delivery information. * Follow established workflows and deadlines set by the team. **What We’re Looking For** * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and digital tools; * Willingness to learn communication and operational routines; * Basic creativity to assist in producing simple visual materials.
