Job Summary: Professional to work in the field of real estate regularization, construction, and licensing, developing projects and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams. Opportunity to contribute ideas and process improvements The professional will perform activities related to real estate regularization, construction, environmental licensing, and civil engineering. **Responsibilities:** Develop construction projects; Prepare and review technical drawings; Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams across various project stages; Interpret technical standards and apply them in solution development; Contribute ideas and process improvements for the project department; Provide client support with necessary guidance and explanations related to the area. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering (completed or currently pursuing); Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Familiarity with Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creativity. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Bonus. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
