Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for product listing and updates, order tracking, customer service, and supporting e-commerce operations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for promotional campaigns and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * List and update products on the website (descriptions, photos, prices, and inventory) * Track orders placed via e-commerce, from confirmation to shipment * Pick, pack, and dispatch orders * Update order statuses and tracking numbers * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, chat, e-mail, and social media * Support online promotional campaigns and commercial activities * Assist in inventory control integrated with e-commerce * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or online sales is a plus * Basic computer and digital platform knowledge * Strong written communication and organizational skills * Agility and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$3.141,91 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
