We seek a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with hands-on production experience to enhance a live platform used daily by thousands of users in the United States. This role is ideal for professionals who already work autonomously, possess technical confidence to handle end-to-end development, and wish to grow professionally within an active product context delivering real-world impact. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop and enhance front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) features * Design and consume REST APIs * Work with relational databases, including querying, tuning, and optimization * Fix bugs and continuously improve applications * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standardization * Collaborate with other developers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders * Follow software development best practices to ensure sustainable and reliable code **Required Qualifications** * Practical experience as a Full Stack Developer * Real-world experience with React * Experience with C# and .NET * Knowledge of REST API development and consumption * Experience with relational databases * Proficiency with Git * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team **Nice-to-have (non-eliminatory)** * Experience with automated testing * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines * Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) * Familiarity with architectural best practices and clean code principles **About the Project** You will work on an international project targeting the U.S. market, involving a production-ready platform used daily by thousands of people. This includes: * Code with real-world impact * Continuous enhancement of existing features * Technical responsibility aligned with mid-level expectations Work model: Hybrid, based in Florianópolis. On-site attendance occurs on days coordinated with the team (approximately 1–2 times per week).
