Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling scheduling requests, issuing documents, risk management, container scheduling, and customer communication. Key Highlights: 1. Handling scheduling requests and communicating with customers 2. Risk management and container scheduling 3. Experience with less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments will be an advantage Responsible for handling scheduling requests Issuing CTes (Transportation Service Receipts) and manifests Freight payments Risk management (tracked and monitored cargo) Scheduling of empty and full containers (ports and terminals) Managing delivery confirmations Customer communication Cost reporting Flexible working hours Proactivity Experience with less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments will be an advantage Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency will be an advantage Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3\.490,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
