We want to get to know you! **JOIN US, GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** Use nursing processes to identify, analyze, and evaluate employee health programs, identifying, controlling, and assessing harmful factors related to occupational diseases, and preventing accidents. Monitor employee health within the workplace. Develop and implement preventive health programs for employees. Communicate information collectively, clearly, and objectively so that the health program is effective and beneficial for employees. Identify high-risk employees and give them priority attention. Apply and discuss epidemiological surveillance procedures. Organize the company's immunization service. Provide first aid to employees during emergencies within the company. Develop projects aimed at minimizing risks of accidents and occupational diseases. Audit data entered into the system regarding occupational medicine.
