Job Summary: This role involves maintaining organization and cleanliness, managing inventory, preparing food, assisting customers, and ensuring product quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas 2. Provide customer service and sales, presenting the menu 3. Participate in training sessions and the company's mentoring program Job Description: * Keep the kitchen area and dining tables, as well as utensils and equipment, organized and clean; * Maintain adequate refrigeration of beverage stock, replenishing as needed; * Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; * Ensure sufficient quantities of kitchen supplies are available; * Prepare mise\-en\-place for both kitchen and dining areas; * Greet customers, provide service, present the menu, and conduct sales; * Restock items on the counter immediately after each sale; * Prepare and deliver products requested by customers (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Daily removal of spoiled, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are properly labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Participate in store inventory counts; * Report to department leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, or hydraulic systems; * Attend meetings and training sessions defined by department leadership and/or management; * Participate in the company's mentoring program, training, instructing, and transferring company activities and standards to new employees.
