Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple SaaS products, ensuring platform evolution, scalability, and excellence in delivering value to customers in the US. Collaboration with product, architecture, and engineering teams in an agile environment We are looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple SaaS products, partnering closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams. This role is strategic in driving the technical evolution of platforms, scaling solutions, and ensuring excellence in delivering value to customers in the US. You will be responsible for leading technical decisions, supporting the team day-to-day, and ensuring delivery quality—acting as a bridge between product, architecture, and engineering. We seek someone with a strong technical background, systemic thinking, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders within an agile and distributed environment. Key Responsibilities: * Define and evolve application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security * Collaborate with the Lead Architect on strategic technical decision-making * Guide the team in developing robust and sustainable solutions * Evaluate trade-offs among different technical approaches and technologies * Ensure development best practices (clean code, automated testing, code review) * Support the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines and test automation * Promote a culture of quality, observability, and continuous improvement * Prevent and resolve complex technical issues * Collaborate with Product Managers on technical prioritization and backlog evolution * Ensure consistent deliveries aligned with business objectives (OKRs) * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) * Balance innovation, technical debt, and operational efficiency * Serve as a technical reference for the team and other departments * Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions * Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights and technical feasibility assessments * Interact with international stakeholders (fluent English required) Requirements: * 5+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or similar position * Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture * Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and backend best practices * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * Experience with CI/CD and test automation * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Advanced/fluent English (for collaboration with global teams) Nice-to-have: * Experience with .NET and React stacks * Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications * Knowledge of DevSecOps and tools such as SonarQube * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) * Background in B2B SaaS products * Experience in domains such as payments, billing, or management platforms
