




Job Summary: Coordinate maritime shipments from start to finish, manage documentation, and provide direct customer service, acting as an interface with internal departments and suppliers. Experience in freight forwarding and maritime import operations Responsibilities: * Coordinate maritime shipments from issuing instructions to the origin agent until goods arrive at the final destination; * Perform follow-up and send tracking information to customers; * Verify and issue documentation related to shipments; * Complete the entire deconsolidation process; * Monitor container return activities with shipping lines; * Provide direct customer service, clarify inquiries, and ensure high-quality relationship management; * Collaborate with internal company departments and external suppliers. ✅ Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Experience coordinating shipments and managing operational processes; * Solid experience in freight forwarding, specifically in maritime import operations; * Knowledge of international trade documentation; * Customer service and follow-up skills; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with HEAD SOFT system is a plus; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
