




Job Summary: Commercial support professional responsible for assisting sales representatives, organizing orders, updating customer data, and clarifying product-related questions. Clarification of product-related questions Main Responsibilities: – Providing support and assistance to sales representatives; – Registering and updating customers in the system; – Organizing, releasing, and controlling orders; – Clarifying product-related questions; – Updating commercial spreadsheets and reports; – Supporting requests from other departments within the company. Requirements: We seek candidates with completed high school education (college degree in progress is considered a plus); Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and email); Experience with the Protheus (TOTVS) system is considered a plus. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Salary: To be negotiated.
