With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning merchandise and collecting payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and providing end-of-shift financial reporting. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures; scanning/weighing products; consulting the product code table; checking product labels, scale weight, and system accuracy; processing payments; verifying prior authorization for checks and making required notations on the back; and authenticating cash; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, submitting them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving targets of current campaigns by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting such omissions to the Supervisor for follow-up; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishable items; Maintain and safeguard the workplace and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when necessary, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf and checkout restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift wrapping, etc. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Guararema, 270\.
