Act as the interface between the company and customs brokers We are seeking a **Foreign Trade Analyst** for our client, a multinational company located in Itajaí\-SC. **Mission:** Ensure that import and export operations are conducted efficiently, securely, and in compliance with customs and commercial regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track international logistics processes, ensuring the correct flow of goods transportation. * Support the organization and control of customs documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, among others). * Register and update international suppliers and customers, ensuring necessary documentation for negotiations. * Prepare reports and support cost control related to import and export operations. * Research and update customs tariffs and taxes applicable to international transactions. * Act as the interface between the company and customs brokers/transport companies, ensuring smooth process execution. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency for conversation and writing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Knowledge of import/export processes and customs legislation. **Desired Competencies:** * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity in problem-solving. **Benefits:** * Health allowance * Company-provided meals at the cafeteria * Meal voucher * Chartered transportation (Brusque and/or Itajaí) * Fuel allowance * Pharmacy partnership with medication reimbursement * Gympass * Club Ifood * Medical and dental plans in partnership with the Metalworkers' Union * Online consultations with healthcare specialists * Group life insurance Join our team!
