Active participation in electronic and in-person public auctions **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for enabling the company to participate in public tenders at federal, state, and municipal levels, in partnership with the legal team, as well as strategically supporting commercial planning focused on this segment. \- Structure the internal bidding department by establishing workflows and processes; \- Carry out the company's qualification process with public agencies (federal, state, and municipal); \- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure documentary compliance; \- Develop strategic business plans for the company's three product lines, focusing on tender participation; \- Participate in electronic and in-person public auctions, covering all stages from tender document analysis to proposal submission and result follow-up; \- Monitor public procurement portals and identify business-compatible opportunities; \- Ensure organization and timely updating of documentation required in tender processes; \- Analyze and interpret tender documents, contracts, and relevant legislation; \- Support pricing strategies, feasibility assessments, and competitiveness analysis. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Prior experience with public tenders and electronic auctions; * Solid knowledge of qualification procedures and current legislation; * Proficiency in computer applications (spreadsheets, public procurement portals, bidding systems); * Intermediate English (reading tender documents and related materials, basic communication); * Strategic, organized, and proactive profile; * Ability to work collaboratively with departments such as Legal and Commercial; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, Engineering, or related fields. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal allowance; * Commuting assistance; * On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, plus daily fresh fruit; * Health insurance after 90 days of employment; * Pharmacy partnership; * Birthday day off; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Dental plan (after 90 days of employment); * Pet health insurance (after 90 days of employment); * Gym membership agreement. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Palhoça **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
